If your rental doesn't meet your expectation
Your Host is expected to provide you with a clean, mechanically sound vehicle for your trip. If the vehicle doesn’t meet these standards, Tarlen will assist you in booking a replacement vehicle to ensure your trip goes smoothly.
Inspect the vehicle during check-in
When you receive your vehicle, inspect it immediately and start the check-in process. If it’s not clean or you discover a fault, do not start your trip. Contact your Host immediately to report the issue, they might be able to provide a replacement vehicle.
If they cannot, reach out to Tarlen support at [email protected]. We’ll cancel the trip and work to find you a replacement within the hour. If no suitable replacement is available or you prefer not to continue, we’ll issue you a full refund.
