Cancellation on Tarlen is free when you cancel over 24hrs before the start of a trip.
Exception
Canceling less than 24 hours before the trip starts would incur a cancellation fee except your trip was booked less than 24hrs before the start time. In that case, you can cancel and get a full refund only within an hour of making that booking.
All cancellations are immediate, you can no longer drive or get access a car after canceling.
