Booking Request
If your Host requires a booking request, when you complete your booking reservation, a request is sent to them for approval. Your host might send you a message and ask for information about you and the trip.
Your card will not be charge until your trip is accepted.
Upcoming Trip
If your Host allows Instant booking or when your Booking request has been accepted, it becomes an Upcoming Trip.
Your card will be charged.
Trip In-progress
This shows that your trip has started, you should now have your rental and be on your way. Drive safely and enjoy your journey!
Past Trip
This shows that your trip has ended.
Cancelled Trip
The trip was cancelled either by you, your Host or by Tarlen. Your trip payment will be refunded minus any cancellation fee that applies.
Rejected Booking.
Your Host declined your Booking request. You won't be charged.
